The installation of our product(s) is considered a "construction project" ; technicians will remove any debris that was a direct result during the unpacking and installation of the project. Please note that San Marcos Iron Doors is not responsible for cleaning expenses that you may incur during installation.
Upon signature or receipt of payment/credit of this invoice, San Marcos Iron Doors is authorized to process your order, this document takes precedence over any purchase order. Any subsequent changes can affect the price and lead time.
New Construction Installations:
Re-installation fee of $300 up to $450 will apply if Rough Opening is incorrect (add 1" to the height and width of the actual door)
Remodel Installations:
San Marcos Iron Doors is not responsible to do any electrical wiring, technicians will reconnect the alarm system but are not liable nor responsible.
Cover and remove any valuables.
Ship outs of products/ pick ups- Warranty is not included if product is shipped out or pick up the product has no warranty. The only thing that would be covered is a glass defect and customer will cover cost of shipping out product "does not include broken glass If glass is broken an additional charge will be required to reorder and ship out"
San Marcos Group LLC, will not be liable for delays occasioned by fire, inclement weather, supply shortages, acts of omission by owner, contractors, other person, or any other cause beyond the control of San Marcos GroupLLC.
No refunds, no cancellations on any orders, no exceptions. Pre-hung units/doors or special orders/ cut which can be categorized as custom order. The buyer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs. A 50% restocking fee will be charged in all products. Any past due accounts will be charged with a 1-1/2% fee. Improper installation of doors or accents will void the warranty. In case any disputes arise with this order, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in San Antonio, TX Bexar County, Texas, with respect to all matters relating to this order and waive your rights to removal or consent of removal. ALL LEAD TIMES ARE ESTIMATED AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR PROBLEMS INCURRED.
San Marcos Iron Doors carries an in-home warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 5 Years starting at the date of install.
The coverage for our finish is 2 years. Glasses warranty is covered for 2 years , after one year of the installation customer will pay a service call to get a glass replacement. [Broken glass is not under warranty]
All mechanisms or products purchased or used for your order that are not fabricated by us are only subject to the warranty of the manufacturer or resale merchant.
**Warranty only valid upon full payment of all invoice(s). This applies to all customers: * that have multiple items/projects at the same location and apply to all Customers/Builders that have multiple projects under their company name, address etc...**
If a discount is applied to the final balance warranty will be automatically voided.
